416 Electrical problem

Try swapping the HRW Relay with another of the same type. If the problem moves/goes away, you've found the source of the problem. If so, either repair or replace the relay (I used to have to take out the relay on my Maestro and resolder it every year or so (different car I know, but might be similar problem)).
