I'm looking to installed a alarm with remote alarm locking, in my P Reg Fiat Marea Weekend. Currently an alarm out Halfords and the central locking interface SR911, seems to be the best deal at around £80.
The alarm bit I have no problem with, just installing the central locking interface I'm not to sure about. I know you need to wire it to the central locking switch, but does anyone have any other pointers for this? Also a wiring diagram for this car?
Any advise gratefully appreciated.

Is it really worth fitting an alarm to a Marea Weekend?
An =A380 alarm will be easy to get around as well. Does it even have a separate anti-tamper power sounder or does it use the (easily disconnected) car horn?

Have you considered the Shark alarms from Maplin? Much cheaper and every bit as 'good' as the Halfords offerings...

If it's designed for DIY fitting it should include instructions. Check before buying.
