As per heading, Fiesta 1.3 1999, runs really well but engine overuns a bit - ie driving normally come to slowdown and engine doesn't reduce its revs for a few secs occaisonaly. Not accelrator cable prob, free.
Has this car got an idel control valve, and if so think it might be prob?

first would be to check for vacuum leaks and clean the throttle body, the next stop would be the TPS and check its output voltage. which should be
