Mitsubishi Galant ABS

Same as any other vehicle.

The ESP doesn't work at such low speeds, as it is of no benefit (it can hardly cut throttle considering the engine is already idling).

But as Reg says, anything unusual (ie 4wd, LSDs) get a deceleration test.

On a modern vehicle (ie. with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution) without any form of load sensing device, the braking system relies on the ABS to prevent rear wheel lock. So if the ABS isn't working, and you've got to brake sharply with little load in the rear, you can end up with a highly unstable vehicle.
