You said that the wipers only work on 99 out of every 100 wipes. That's not acceptable.

Wipers are fragile items but they are an important part of the car. Scoffing and laughing at the concept of replacing wiper blades... and you entrust your Dad to service your car?

Next time you are involved in a very serious accident, take note when the police and/or Loss Adjuster come around and look at your car.

No, my dad hasn't serviced my car yet, well only minor items. He's done things like oil changes etc. Last year I had it serviced by a 'professional', although I think I'll do it myself this year. I've recently discovered that the fuel filter should've been changed at the last service, and if it had been change then my 'pinking noise' would've been resolved a lot sooner. There are a lot of other things that he didn't do, he said that the brake fluid would be OK until the next servicing. There's no way of telling exactly what was and what wasn't done though. I think when I do it myself I'll go over absolutely everything, and then I can be sure that everything's been done.
