I don't suppose the '93 Protege has rain gutters does it? I have an old Thule gutter-style rack with two bike fork mounts and short trays. Locks on the towers, but not on the fork mounts. The price is right....free to a good home if picked up. If it is not clear, "Inside the Beltway" means the Washington, DC area.
