1997 E-420 MBz Sedan Owner's Manual needed.

Hey out there,

Does anyone know how I can get an owner's manual for my 1997 E-420 sedan?

I'll even settle for a copy of the manual. I'm not desperate but I can play the part. I just purchased the vehicle and there are a few things I cant figure out.

Also, I recently got an ERROR MESSAGE "Lamps defective". I was on the message center (of the speedo) for a trip to the store. Then, it went a way. I came back up one more time that same day and then nothing. There was a symbol with the message. It was a circle with a small square hat on top (maybe an inverted light bulb symbol). All my lights were working when I checked so I don't think I have a bulb problem. The car has 125,000 miles on it and it runs great. I just did a trip over 600 miles in one day and averaged MPG in the low to mid 20's.

Thanks in advance for any information for both my issues above.

Probably taking all the bulbs out and cleaning or reseating them will do the trick...

Try this link - not only is the owners manual there, but he keeps an ISO format CD-Image of the E320 CD describing all sorts of things and including videos on how to do a bunch of stuff like taking door panels off to make repairs etc.

..... (maybe an inverted light bulb symbol).
