Hi folks:
Still having problem getting oil pressure gauge working consistently. A new sender switch has not helped. Use of the signal light lever often causes the gauge to either quit or begin working. Occasionally gauge will quit or start up without use of the signal lever. Could this be a short? Car has excellent oil pressure. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Absolutley could be a short, but if you have not done so already replace all fuses with new copper one. It will get rid of alot of gremlins. Then pull out the gauge cluster and clean all the brown wire grounds by unbolting them, wire brush and reattch. Then youll be golden (I hope).
