Does this engine have an electronic idle (speed) control module?
If so, it may have a crack in a solder joint on its circuit board. Your car is about the age for this to occur.

My 85' 300SE having the same problem for long, doesn't come with control module, what could it be this case?

You ought to check whatever controls the idle speed.
