I am not very experience with guages etc. but I have installed an EGT guage in a 96 AWD talon. When accelerating the temp. goes to about 1500-1550 is that normal? It normally sits around 1400, the guage redlines at 1600. Just curious...

I am running a stock setup for now. I dont notice or cant here any pinging, and I run high octane fuel. I do notice a bbaahhhhh when I nail it (floor it), someone mentioned that I should get some combustion chamber cleaner. I also have the following guages:
egt, boost, air fuel...
btw, when I nail it the fuel air goes to green...
