I was trying to change the rear pads on my neighbors 92 galant and couldnt get the calipers to swing up enough to get the pads out. Do I have to loosen the e-brake cable from all its connections? seems like it should be easier than this? any help appreciated. dan

easiest way is to disconnect the handbrake cable totally (slacken off the adjuster nut inside the car before doing so)
