Bye bye. Hello.

I've finally sold my Outback. I've sold it for half the advertised 'dealer' prices, way less than Glass' or Parkers recommend (not that I think Parkers bears any relationship to the value of cars), and I'm still hoping that it doesn't blow up on the new owners.

It's actually been very reliable since May. Hasn't used coolant or oil. So I think it will be alright.

I cannot stand this wait to get the Mazda, though. I know it is sitting on a dealer's lot somewhere in the midlands and could be here any time, but I have to wait for the Beetle to go back. Plus, UK dealers are getting information that Galaxy Grey is available, so I might not be one of the first Galaxy Greys on the road around here (I've seen two blue RX8s locally).

And to think, I nearly got a BMW 116...
