I'm sure loads of you know about the Kenwood MASK unit's ribbon-related comedy - the continuously-flexing ribbon, linking the facia to the main unit, snaps after a couple of years use.

Sent it off a few days ago, and had it back within 7 working days. Excellent service - he even sent me the old ribbon back with the unit (I guess as proof he'd replaced it).Big thumbs up from me - for £25 including return delivery, you can't go wrong !
