Has the Lexus gone then?

Not yet, but as soon as I secure something I'll get it the bay.

I'm off till tuesday so I want to try and sort something quickly. No half decent Octavias or Passats locally for what I can afford, And all the Saab 9000s locally are LPT 2.0s, and the 2.0 is a pig to service because the oil filter is wedged up the back of the engine and a pita to get at without a pit or ramps.

*has access to pit and ramps*

You've got some time off, travel! (c:

Not just for Octys and Passats, obviously.

Get some ramps! I got a solid pair for nowt of a local Freecycle group...

I think so.

The gearbox at 161k is a major selling point I reckon heh!

Seeing as it hasn't done much more, I reckon so.

He is buggering off to Frazerland on Saturday for good and needed to=20 shift it. He bought it in October to last him until he left. The garage he bought=20 it off said they would have it back for =A3900 if it didn't sell, he was=20 hoping for =A31200, but my bid didn't go in. Coincidentally my upper bid=20 limit was =A31200. Strange world huh.

Has it been fettled at all? When is collection occuring?

As far as I know, it is bog stock standard 225bhp. Not messed with. Maintained by the tech officer for the SAAB owners club for the last two owners. Only non standard thing is the radio, a Philips/VDO Carin NAV system, not a Clarion like he thought. I asked him the model and he checked what was in it. That might need to go once I've had it a while, bit ancient and no MP3 playback, just CDs.
