Just noticed - the newsletter is even named after it - the subject hit my inbox as "Issue 125: Sandwich Of The Gods" - neat!

Not any more, with that sandwich. It looks like all the food groups are covered (the bread group, the meat group, the cheese group, the leafy-stuff group. Is there anything else?)
