No risk at all. But then, I've just bought a 100k miler Xantia Activa turbo, so what to I know about risk?

Heh, a C5 was also considered but it's just a bit too fugly for my tastes. The C6 OTOH is stunning, but not yet down to "commuter hack" prices.

Asking prices starting at not much over £11k now...
Well, a grand over 11K on the cheapest I've seen so far. However that's not disposable "leave it in a car park all day" money even for grossly over-paid consultants.
There's also the issue that an XJ6 diseasel can be had for much the same money as the C6 diseasel and IMO the Jag wins there.
XJ 0-60 7.8s, 144mph C6 0-60 8.4s, 143mph
The Jag's nicer inside IMO.
And lighter, and has cheaper side windows.
Oh, and less french.
Only just less French...
Right... so you think engines made in Wales are French?
%steve%@malloc.co.uk (Steve Firth) gurgled happily, sounding much like they were saying:
Umm. Remind me which is meant to be worse?
Only, just, less and French..?
