HELP!!! My 1995 GT's water temp gage just went to sleep. I found the wire at the terminal at the sending unit was slightly frayed, so I put a new connector on it. That didnt help so I put a new temp sending unit in it. That didnt help either. I checked the resistor on the back of the gage and it reads 92 ohms, just like the resistor says it should. I tried running a new wire and that didnt do it either. WHAT am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
