Convertible windows alignment help

I have a 66 convertible. The windows don't line up right. I had to replace the plastic rollers when I bought the car. After rolling the windows up and down for about a week, the rear quarter panel one wouldn't come back up. The old plastick was too brittle, so I replaced them all. The windows didn't line up right before I did this. The windows leak if I get rain. The driver quarter panel is about 3/4" shy of meeting the top and it lean toward the inside of the car a bit. The passenger side doesn't get any leaks except during heavy rain when a little seeps between the weather stripping which I will replace as soon as I get this window thing fixed. The driver side window doesn't go up all the way in the front. The back will meet the top, but the front of the glass will leave a small gap large enough to let lots of water in. Can anyone help in fixing this?

If you can get a copy of a factory service manual for a '66 it has the adjustment procedures for the windows. There are various bolts that will move the window tracks in and out and also the window stops for up and down position. You can get these manuals in CD form also ( they are always on Ebay) StuK
