I just bought a set of Bullitt rims and already scraped one on a curb. It's not real bad but since it happened during that "brand new" period I'd like to fix it or smooth it out if possible. Any suggestions, short of buying another wheel? Thanks.

Sounds like you'd better have an entire weekend to spend on it. Depending on how bad the damage is, you could probably sit down, pop a Lord of the Rings movie in the DVD player, and get yourself a set of jeweler's files and sandpaper. Set the DVD player to loop the movie over and over and just take your time in filing the rough scrape down then use sandpaper to smooth it out. You will need more patience than to smooth out the blemish to match the rest of the undamaged part of the wheel.
Wheels America can fix it "good as new" for $109 US. Had to get 3 of the wife's PT Cruiser wheels fixed already... Pot holes in Dallas are a beotch!
