Gas price down to $4.25(per U.S. gallon) in Toronto. I feel so privileged.

It had risen to $5.04/gal not long ago. Still, with oil at only $85/ barrel and the drop in demand since summer, gasoline should be a LOT cheaper, like $3.65/gallon, even with the taxes. Meanwhile, the refiners are crying poverty. So where is the money going? The cost of production of the oil is low, about $36.00/barrel.
