God help me...

I am seriously considering a V6 in August.

Is there an intervention program that would help?

My '93 GT convertible... 205 hp. The 2011... 305.

My '93 GT convertible... 15mpg on a good day. The 2011... as much as 30. (Mine, probably closer to 20.)

With the added performance package coming in August, this car just seems like a no-brainer to replace my '93. From what I've seen, the V6 convertible starts at over $27,000, but everything tells me that this will be a wonderful piece of machinery.

It's been 17 years since I bought a new Mustang, but the 2011 is serious bait.

On paper it sure is tempting huh? Can't hurt to look, go in disguise though ;)

And 2 fewer spark plugs to change. ;-)

And in my opinion they /sound/ better, exhaust-at-revs-wise.

The V8 has more power and surely is not rated at more than 4 or 5 MPG less than the V6 and at least then you can say it's has a V8.

Sure, I'd love to have a new 5.0. I may still buy a 2011 5.0, but it would be in 2014.

Yeah, I've considered selling both of mine for one, as soon as I did I'd really NEED the truck...

It might be time to put that supercharger on my '07 . Cheaper than trading in to remain competitive........

And to those who say V8... just how much gouging do you think the dealers will be doing on the new 5.0? Remember the ridiculous Market Value Adjustments when the S197 came out?
