You still out there? I haven't been around for some time, but wanted to ask how you like(d) your Jeep Liberty. My wife is wanting to get one and I thought I'd ask your opinion.

You may find her over in the jeep group. She hasn't been seen in these parts for a while. Dave
My parents have one. I drove it when they visited a year or so ago. I was not impressed, at all. To be more descriptive, I would say it's a POS. They didn't have that many miles on it -- 40K or so, IIRC -- and it already had a number of issues. I'd steer clear.

Grats! I have a 97 Grand Cherokee (got it when I moved to KC for snow reasons) and it has not been too bad. I have over 200K on it now and is still reliable. just wanted input on the Liberty.
Thanks again.
Psst... I had the Libby for 6 months, and traded it in on a Rubicon. I did a ton of mods to it during that time too.
There were a lot of things about it that I didn't like, and a few that I did. I had some issues with it too. But I disliked it enough to take a $5k hit on it when I traded it in.
Personally, if I were looking in that market again, I'd look at the 4 door wrangler. The Liberty was just... well... a 4wd minivan that wasn't all that comfortable. My TJ rides better than it did.

Hungry :oP Nah, there's a place up the road that makes them up, they even pack the inside with cornbread dressing and layer it between the birds. Very similar to the one made As Seen on TV by Paula Deen. This should be really good.
Good to see your still kicken! we miss ya round here.

Hey You! Yup, still kicking and screaming. I miss this group too. It's a lot more civilized than some of the Jeep groups. Unfortunately, I don't have a Mustang any more, so I don't have much to offer.
What kind of trouble have you been getting into lately?
Well lets see.............this summer I got pinned under a live wire in the Mustang during a storm managed to back out from under and had to fumigate the car due to being scared shitless, I managed a 2inch 15 shot group @ 15 yards with my Springfield Armory 45(just got in the groove!), and hooked up with the fellow that owns these! The Mustang (car)is mine.

Hey Patrick, Well, I suppose it would ddepend on WHICH Hummer you were referring to. If it's a REAL Hummer... nope.
Anything like the H2 - H3 ... It's kind of a joke. Let's just put it this way. I have a T-shirt that says "H2 recovery team on it" showing a Jeep pulling an H2 out of a mess.
I looked at the link, didn't see anything jeep related. I know the mileage requirement thing is a big deal. i get 14-15 with a tailwind. BUT I can go anywhere I want to, and I can still go topless. Just not nearly as fast as I used to get there LOL
