My alternator died a few weeks ago. All these symptoms started at once: 'Charge' light on, 'brake' light on, clock does not work, security light does not flash, and the trip odometer has no memory when key is off. Replaced the alternator. This fixed the charge and brake lights, but clock, security, and trip meter still do not work. Any ideas? A hint, but don't let it distract you: the car was fine, had no electrical issues until I got it back from the body shop after hitting a deer (which caused relatively minor damage). I have checked all electricals near where they worked, I can find no problems. All fuses and links appear ok. Could there be an internal fuse, or diode, or...? HELP! THANKS!
