I had reported a while back that my new Frontier had a loud buzzing at certain loads and speeds. It ended up being a broken baffle in my muffler. The dealer replaced it from manifold to tail pipe under warranty with no hassles. Noise gone! It was all one piece. I saw the paper work and it was just under $400 for the job. No charge to me of course.
