having trouble changing from 3rd & 4th gears (very tight), clutch adjustment seems o.k. as does clutch cable. 'Barring' the clutch lever over a bit more does not seem to help either. First to second gear change is quite smooth and even into third some times, but third to forth and back down again is very difficult! Forth sometimes grinds a bit too!! Any suggestions???
