I'm looking for some stereo and speaker recommendations for my '03 Maxima SE.
One of the front speakers produces strange sounds at certain frequencies, and the radio just died. I'd like to replace the two front (door) speakers and the radio. My requirements are:
- The speakers need to be of the same dimensions as the OEM speakers.
- The stereo must play MP3's.
- The stereo must support the buttons in the steering wheel.
- It would be nice if the stereo played cassettes.
- It would also be nice if the stereo made good use of the considerable dash panel real estate available to it.
- The stereo does not need to support DVD's, XM radio, or any other high end functions.
Any suggestions?
