If you pull out the receiver inside the car, you should be able to find a serial number located on it somewhere which identifies its 'code'. You can then use this to order a new plip. However, they are incredibly expensive from Peugeot and I don't know of any other suppliers. You should bear in mind that those infra-red systems aren't very secure - my advice would be to spend your money on a decent car alarm with remote central locking control instead of shelling out on the plip.
