The car is a 1998 R plate 306 1.4lx petrol.
Whe started from cold or cool, it will be fine for a few seconds when taking up drive, but then hessitiate/judder 3-4 times, then clear and drive perfectly.
This happens everytime without fail and occassionally when driving along.
We have replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the idle control valve and checked for air leaks.
The car has recently had the headgasket changed.
What can this be as it is hard to pinpoint??
Can anyone give me some suggestions.
