the passenger and rear window defrosts but the drivers mirror doesen't defrost,ne 1 had this or knows how to get to the wires at the mirror?

I would angle the mirror to the furthest side INWARDS and there should be a two pin legs that u can undo to that the mirror off. Two connections to the heating element...this is what I have on my 206...should be the same for your 307. Use a small screw driver to undo the pin...quite tough to get off if i dont have it at the right angle.
