Latest in a catalogue of disasters is a problem witht the auxiliary belt idler wheel. Basically, the bolt which holds this in position (also the bottom mount for alternator) shears off on the alternator side of the integral hex nut. Replaced the tensioner, but fault has recurred. Any ideas?
