You should have an oil light. If there is no bulb holder holder nick one from somewhere less critical.
but we took all the bulbs out and the sun was shinning though the windscreen and we could not find a hole that shows a oil light.
So no body knows where a oil light is on a pug 405?i have had a look and cant find it at the top of the dash where all the other lights are.or is it the small one down with the temp gauge.
My 1996/7 405TD has the oil light between the rev counter and speedo, there is a large oval STOP, and below that is........... OIL,,,BAT,,,BRAKE,
HTH Fitzy
we have had all the dash out and removed the bulbs and shone a light in each hole but NO oil light hole showed up so this one is a puzzle to me.
What year is your 405 Chris, Fitzy
1992 on a k plate.just looking in the owners hand book and have found out it is very low down from the batt warning light.
RTFM then!!!!
