Sound on a thump from the back of the car followed by a grinding noise and hissing noise from the brakes. Nothing obvious after a few miles another thump and it was a lot better. Anyone have any suggestions

Is it possible you picked something up from the road and it fell off again? I once plucked a chunk of wood from beteen disc & pad on mum's Honda .
