Doesn't need to be a specialist - any backstreet garage should be able to cope just fine with an older Pug. Word-of-mouth is your friend - find out who's good locally.

I can definitely recommend Mo Kitchen. His garage is behind Charlie Browns on the big retail park on the right as you come into Grimsby from the A180. Turn right off A180 onto Victoria St (I think), go past Staples on the left and turn right at the lights and go over corporation bridge. Straight over the mini-roundabout (sainsburys on left, retail park on right), then next right (Rendel St) alongside the Ford garage. Next right after the car dealers (Armstrong St) and his garage is on the left corner as you come to a T junction (Alexandra Rd).
All road layouts and shops may have changed, as it's bloody years since I've been there. However Mo is still alive and well. Did a good job of a service and cambelt when I had a 106, wouldn't hesitate using him again. If you do go, mention my name, he should remember me :-)
