92 Grand Am codes 26,27 31

Anyone have any experience figuring what could be the problem with these codes i know what the codes say in the book but was wondering if it could be something else.It's a 3.3 engine running rough at idle keeps throwing engine light code 31 says park/neutral switch 27 says tranny switch
