car started giving off a lot of black smoke and loss of power, took to shop and it ran fine when i got there, did diagnostic and nothing came up, now car won't even start,it's getting fire and fuel, don't believe it's injector problems,took injector rail of and pressured with fuel,no leaks there, man i'm stumped and need help

Looks as if your getting waaaaaaay to much fuel to the cylinders.Remove the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator and see if there is any traces of gas.Could be that or a sensor or ECM.
Check your temperature sending unit. I had this happen and that was causing a rich mixture all the time because it was reading WAY low, car was always on "Choke"
