Ok. who would like to see an FAQ for this group? Basic guidlines, what details needed in posts etc. Hopefully it might help newbies and put the kibosh on some misconceptions. I won't mind hosting it but I want input on what folks want in there. If you are on a message board like talkaboutautos or car forumz please don't bother replying.
I was thinking along these lines:
Definition of what the group wants to consider spam
Posting guidlines (what info is needed about a vehicle when posing a question)
Links to Google Groups and Pontiac sites for quick searching topics to see if it is a common problem.
And finally an email addy or two of folks who are willing to help usenet newbies
Mind you this is a rough sketch. I await input to fill it out.
