91 sunfire 2.0 l standard there is no fuel delivery while the engine cranks? there is 12 v at the TBI If I put a little fuel in the throttle body and then crank , it starts and fuel is delivered no problem what causes the TBI to inject while cranking I have a chiltons manual but it's not any help thanks in advance
