We just took possession of our new 2005 Bonneville GXP. I was coming home from work, listening to a CD in the changer and I noticed the changer does skip quite frequently under normal road bumps. Is this normal for a GM Monsoon system? I wanted to get some feedback before I notified the dealer. Thanks for any info. Ed
If you are using CD-R's, try another brand (or a real music store disc). Some GM players are finicky.

No it is not normal. I have that system and I have yet to make it skip regardless of which brand cdr I use. Take it back to the dealer and make sure they don't put a refurbished unit in it.
