Power Steering Fluid Leak...

Nov 04, 2004 0 Replies

My 95 GrandAm has developed a power steering fluid leak where the flared fitting from the rotary valve connects to the very end of the rack (a 90 degree bend in the metal line has corroded).

Is this a 'high pressure' line? Can it be cut and 'spliced' with some rubber hose or does the entire metal line need to be replaced?

TIA

Pete
