Blower resistor is on the ductwork. Look for wires plugging into a ~thing~ mounted on the ductwork. Rust is metal cancer. It must be cut out to be eliminated. If you live somewhere where it's normal (seems strange for 90's cars to me) that cars rot out, just accept it. If yours is the only car on the block rotting out, start rinsing it off more often. If you really must save a 1996 Sunfire (disposable car), look on
