Quit riding the brakes. Could be a warped rotor(s), could be bad wheel beerings .. (sp)

Probably what ruined the rotors was wrong torque on the wheel studs. Replace the rotors with some quality units. Be sure and grease the bushings with the correct type of grease. You could check the bearings but more than likely they are ok. Use a torque wrench on all bolts, nuts, etc., otherwise it will happen again soon.
