where can i buy that tools j42372? i called gm but they dont cell that tools.

I'm not real sure, but I think that SPX Kent Moore makes the special tools for GM. Their Web site is not real helpful, but it gives an email address for contacting them. Also a phone number.
Some Kent Moore tools can be found on Ebay.
