1999 pontiac bonneville... won't start, turns over but won't start, just replaced the starter, and fog lamp was shorting the system so taped that away, can't find a fuse to this problem, but the windows won't work, auto locks only work with remote, heater and radio work, defrost is stuck ON, can't hear the normal fuel pump sound when turning over. There is a recall notice for this car for a fuel emission system replacement, and the security light never goes off. Can't figure this out , please help, any advice would be great, I'M 100% STUMPED!!!
