I bought a Pruis even though I heard that the Honda Fit hybrid will get much better mileage

This is the first I've heard of the Fit Hybrid. Nice idea.

The Prius and the Fit are as different as the Civic and Accord. No comparison. Don't look at them and say, "Oh, they're both hybrids" and assume they're the same.

Frankly, I could see the Prius and the Fit being the Accord and Civic (or Camry and Corolla) of hybrid choices.

Frankly, I would hope that a Fit hybrid would get better gas mileage than the Prius. It's smaller and lighter. Of course, the Prius hybrid system is more advanced...
