Does anyone know how to bleed the hydraulic clutch on a 600 series with the PG1 gearbox?
I've tried using a one-way bleed kit but I still can't get all the air out and the clutch biting point is almost at the floor!

Darren, If it's anything like the 820 clutch setup, try the following procedure, it worked for me, after having the same problems as you're having: Push the clutch operating arm back (away from the slave cylinder) as far as it will go. Loosen the bleed nipple andpush the operating arm towards the slave cylinder sharply as far as you can - you should see air travelling down the bleed tube. Do this until no more air comes out and you should be OK.

Steve
