Assuming you want a UK supplier....
I recently bought a fog light from NeoBrothers on eBay. I have bought quite a few bits and pieces from them and they are always quick on delivery. Worth a try.
Another reliable supplier is PartsForSaabs.com. Not as cheap but very good.
