Hi,

Does anyone know if the 78 99's used a hydraulic clutch? If so, does anone know where the resevoir is located?

Yes, it did. On a UK car (RHD), the reservoir is at the bulkhead, driver's side. It's a metal can, with a small (1") metal screwcap.
