Can the electric radio antenna be rebuilt ?
Not sure yet but either motor or relay has a problem. Definitely needs a new telescoping mast and the piece if fits into. Dealer wants $40 for just the telescoping mast ! Not sure if old gear track is broken off inside, yet.
What is a good solution ? Aftermarket ? Used ? Rebuild it ? Any suggestions on who to contact. Don't have a clue here.
The only thing covered in my new Bentley manual is replacing the mast.... not real helpful when you have other problems beside the mast. :>)
