What's this sh*t? Do you get a virus following this link?
Based on the URL syntax, it's entering a vote in a competition at that site. Not knowing what the vote is about, a person stooping so low as to ask people to click a link without knowing they're voting for whatever it is, is a pretty weasely way to win a contest.
