Hope GB saabers are OK

Horrible scenes and stories coming out of London after the bombings. I know there are a lot of Brits in the group and I do hope that everyone and their families and friends are OK. Thoughts and prayers are with the British at this awful time.

I'll avoid any possible political controversy by introducing any attempt at analysis of the 'why' behind this atrocity.

So, thanks for your thoughts, they're much appreciated.

Appreciated. Wrong end of the country, but good to know people care.

A bit worrisome, as I'll be there next week (London, Newport and Nuneaton). Life must go on. Statistically it's pretty unlikely to be hit by a terrorist action.

I extend my condolences/regrets to the families of those killed or injured.

Yeah, living in Wakefield means I'm a long way away. However, my brother and his fiancé live and work in London. They are both fine, and haven't had any friends or colleagues directly affected AFAIK. His fiancé was on a bus near Tavistock square and they heard the blast.

Politics don't come into it in my opinion, civilians are civilians after all.

We will be visiting London in August for a leisure trip, it's where my wife and I did alot of our courting. They won't stop me going and they don't frighten me. I think these people have seriously underestimated the British character.

Our hearts go out to those affected.
